Returns Policy

Our false lashes are created by hand and therefore a lot of care and detail has been manually executed with each lash.

Due to the nature of our product we are unable to offer a refund once purchased.

If you do however receive a fault product, please ensure you inform us once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.; We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, minus the package fee.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at info@makeupbym.com

Upon receipt of your order, please check the goods are in perfect condition and notify us immediately if there is a problem. 

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
